  • A 60 minute call to discuss your goals and preferences, discuss the coaching process, and answer any questions you may have.

    There is a $50 consultation call fee that will go towards the price of your coaching package if you choose to move forward. Use this link to book your call. Once you have checked out, I will reach out via email within 1-3 days to schedule your call.

  • 1. Initial Consultation:

    We will take a deep dive into your lifestyle, goals, preferences, medical history, dietary restrictions, etc. to get a comprehensive view of your life so that I can create a holistic, personalized plan specifically for YOU and YOUR life.

    2. Assessment:

    Next, we’ll spend a little bit of time analyzing your current

    eating habits and nutritional deficiencies and identify areas for improvement. You‘ll spend 2-3 weeks simply logging your daily nutritional intake so that I can have an idea of where we are starting. During this time, I will also ask you for other details such as any recent bloodwork or medical assessments and current exercise routine and activity level.

    3. Goal Setting:

    After I’ve gathered all the necessary information, we will collaboratively set realistic and achievable short-term and long-term goals.

    4. Customized Nutrition Plan:

    Next, I will take all of this information and create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. This plan will include appropriate caloric and macronutrient recommendations, recommendations for other nutritional factors like hydration and fiber intake, consideration of any supplements, etc.

    Throughout our time together, you will be provided with educational resources on nutrition, portion control, label reading, and making choices that progress you towards your goals.

    Educational materials may include but are not limited to:

    —Infographics or pamphlets

    —Guidelines for mindful eating

    —Resources on nutrient-dense foods

    —Educational podcasts

    6. Follow-up Coaching:

    After the initial consultation, assessment, goal-setting, and program implementation process, we will work collaboratively to regularly assess progress, make adjustments to the nutrition plan as necessary, and provide ongoing support*.

  • Following your initial intake process, (see The Intake Process section above), here is what you can expect your program to consist of:

    1. Weekly check ins via a check-in form and bimonthly 30 minute check in calls

    2. Support + accountability via texts, emails, and/or a dedicated app Sunday-Friday

    3. Goal adjustments based on progress and consistency

    4. Supplemental mindset coaching to foster a healthy relationship with food

    5. Continued education surrounding nutrition

    9 month commitment: $200/month

    6 month commitment: $300/month

    3 month commitment: $400/month

    Month to month: $450/month
